

What to Expect
Our retreats are designed to offer a dynamic blend of structured sessions and engaging activities focused on personal growth and transformation.
Over the three days, participants will explore a variety of topics relating to the connection between body, mind, and soul and how trauma can impact the whole person.
Each day will begin with yoga and meditation, followed by either Reiki or sound healing, interactive group discussions, journaling, meditation, and mindful art activities.
